7. Delivery Timeline:

1. অগ্রিম প্রদান:

2. ডেলিভারি খরচ:
ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে ৮০ টাকা এবং ঢাকার বাহিরে ১৫০ টাকা ডেলিভারি খরচে উপভোগ করুন আপনার কাঙ্খিত পণ্য।
3. মত পরিবর্তন :
একবার অর্ডার দেওয়ার পরে, আপনার মত পরিবর্তন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না । তাই আপনার কাঙ্খিত পণ্যটি ক্রয় করার পূর্বে অবশ্যই নিশ্চিত হন।
4. ক্ষতি প্রতিস্থাপন:
আপনার পছন্দের পণ্যটি হাতে পাবার পর অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং অভিজ্ঞতা ক্যাপচার করুন! ডেলিভারির সময় কোন পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত মনে হলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে প্রমাণ হিসেবে একটি ভিডিও তুলুন, কেননা শুধুমাত্র বৈধ প্রমাণের সাথে অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।
5. পণ্য মজুত:
আমাদের স্টকে পণ্য মজুতের উপরে ভিত্তি করে ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
6. রঙ পরিবর্তন অবহিতমূলক:
দয়া করে মনে রাখুন যে, পণ্যের আসল রঙ আলোর উৎস, ছবি অথবা আপনার ডিভাইস ডিসপ্লে সেটিংসের কারণে অল্পমাত্রায় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
7. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা:
আপনার কাঙ্খিত পণ্যটি হাতে পেতে ৫-১০ কর্মদিবস প্রত্যাশা করুন।
8. ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া:
ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া ৭-১০ কর্মদিনের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াধীন হবে। আপনি মৌলিক পেমেন্ট সিস্টেম অথবা আমাদের কল সেন্টার বা অফিসিয়াল হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ এর মাধ্যমে আপনার রিফান্ড দাবি করতে পারবেন।
9. ব্র্যান্ডেড পণ্যের গ্যারান্টি:
ব্র্যান্ডেড আইটেমগুলির জন্য প্রযোজ্য গ্যারান্টির দায়িত্ব স্ব স্ব ব্র্যান্ড বহন করবে। ব্র্যান্ডেড পণ্যের গ্যারান্টির জন্য ই-স্মার্ট.কম.বিডি দায়ী নয়।
10. পণ্য প্রতিস্থাপন:
আপনার কাঙ্খিত পণ্যের স্টকের অবর্তমানে আমরা আপনাকে আপনার পণ্যের সমমূল্য অথবা তার অধিক মূল্যের পণ্য প্রতিস্থাপন করার ক্ষমতা ই-স্মার্ট বহন করবে।
11. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ:
আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করতে আপনি ২৪ ঘণ্টার সময় পাচ্ছেন, তবে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়ে গেলে বাতিল করা সম্ভব নয়।
12. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড:
আপনাকে নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে আপনার বৈধ অভিযোগ সহ পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে হবে, এবং রিটার্ন করা পণ্যের অবস্থার উপর ভিত্তি করে রিফান্ড ধায্য হবে।।
13. গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা:
আপনার তথ্যগুলি আমরা আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি মোতাবেক সংগ্রহ এবং ব্যবহার করা হবে । আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আপনার অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার এবং শেয়ার করা হবে না।
14. মূল্যপরিশোধ পদ্ধতি:
