III. After-sales service
1.Installation and training
We will send our engineer to customer factory for installation and training after machine for standard one week.Customer will cover the Bus/Train tickets, local accommodation,transportation and allowance 1000 Tk/day. in Customers.
country,medical care,safety cost,and related cost happens in buyer’s And the buyer have to prepare enough labor,electric wire outside the control panel and tools for installation.
Warantee period for the delivered equipment will be 12month after completion of erection but not later than 12months after shipment. In case any item proves to be defective and the damage is confirmed by seller’s technicians within this period, the seller will supply a new one for replacement free of charge. Customer will bring damaged part,customer will pay the cost itself.The above item are included all the electronic parts, but not include the parts, which have regular spares or the parts damaged from normal wear,abnormal operation, improper maintenance and inadequate civil works. The seller is not liable for any production loss under any circumstances.
IV.Lead Term and Payment Term
1.Lead Time
We will lead machine within 30 days after receipt of deposit payment.
2.Payment Term
50% in advance,balance will be paid before delivery.
