                               TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Delivery ( Up to sits as per TAPE standard): For ready stock , within 3 working days from the date of receiving of your work order with payments.

For foreign shipments from the manufacturer   we need 8-10 weeks from the date of work order .

WARRANTY:  All Powerlink goods are warranted in accordance with our warranty terms for a period of 1000 hours from date of commissioning or 12 months from the date dispatch whichever date occurs the soonest. Please consumables are excluded from any type of warranty.

 

SPARE PARTS: All the first moving and emergency spare parts are available in our ready stock to meet the regular demands of our valued clients.

 

SERVICE BACKUP: By being in the vicinity of customers, we do extend our free service facilities with spare parts for 12 months for the above generating set.

 

OPERATION TRAINING:  We will provide the operation training locally for your operators at free of charge.

 

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. All civil works including foundation.
2. Electrical cable from the generator to control panel and control panel to the distribution board.
3. Fabrication & pipe supply to extend exhaust line if any.

All above works to be done according to the advice & supervised by engineers of Techno Aid Power & Engineering(BD).
